- Artist Elizabeth Sutton painted the terrace of the Manhattan Park Pool Club. An arty pool with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline.
- Studio Proba has reinvented the Marrow Mid Century swimming pool in the United States. True to their style, it is a painting project combining abstract shapes and layering that give this place its trendy look.
- Using a set of tiles, artist Joana Vasconcelos has created a stunning outdoor swimming pool. It is located in the landscaped grounds of the Jupiter Artland Foundation in Edinburgh.
- Finally, the unmissable David Hockney, who painted the swimming pool at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles in 1988, which can still be seen today!
