About Us

History

Our story begins in 2020 with the meeting of Victor Boutelier, founder of Monsieur Peinture, and Camille Le Tallec, an art enthusiast and specialist in artistic production. Driven by the same passion, they then founded PALM (Peint A La Main), the specialist in artistic murals and decorative works for businesses and local authorities.

Vision and Mission

We are convinced of the power of art, and murals in particular, to transform spaces and leave a lasting impression on everyone's daily lives.

By putting art everywhere, especially where it's least expected, we aim to re-enchant the spaces around us and transform them into places that inspire, unite, and bring people together.

DNA

  • Expertise: We have gained technical and logistical know-how through hundreds of projects, and offer 360° support, from design to execution.
  • Passion: We bring together a team of art enthusiasts, committed to bringing meaningful and creative projects to life.
  • Boldness: We push the boundaries of mural art to introduce art where it's least expected. PALM means art that invites itself into the city, blends into spaces, and breathes new energy into them.
  • Craftsmen and Artists: We value craftsmanship and actively support the contemporary art scene, and we build lasting, trusting relationships with our partner craftsmen and artists.

Our Commitment: A Sustainable and Inclusive Vision

At PALM, mural art goes beyond simple artistic creation to become an act of responsibility. Aware of current challenges, we integrate sustainable and inclusive practices into each of our projects.

Environmental Commitment

Art can beautify our environments while preserving their balance. We collaborate with local and regional artists, thereby promoting short supply chains and reducing our carbon footprint. Furthermore, we use innovative and environmentally friendly French paints. These choices ensure lasting works that enhance spaces while adhering to an eco-responsible approach.

Social Commitment

Our projects embody values of respect, inclusion, and diversity. We firmly believe that art should be accessible to everyone and reflect the richness of local cultures and stories. Through our participatory workshops, we actively involve communities in the creative process, offering them a platform for expression and strengthening social bonds. Our murals celebrate the plurality of identities and become meeting points where ideas, exchanges, and reflection come to life.

Create, Inspire, Unite

By combining innovation, expertise, and human values, PALM reinvents mural art to make it a driver of positive change, both visual and societal. Each project we undertake embodies this ambition, transforming the city into a vibrant, inspiring, and respectful space for all.

The Support of Théodore, Paint Manufacturer Since 1825

PALM benefits from the support of the Théodore Group, a French family business that has been manufacturing and distributing paint since 1825. Théodore produces high-quality paints in its factories in Noyelles-lès-Seclin (59) and Colomiers (31). Théodore stands out for its innovations in eco-responsible paint, including bio-based paint (AlgoPro) and reflective and insulating paint (Théotherm). Furthermore, Théodore provides us with a dedicated laboratory, a network of experts throughout France, and technical recommendations for our artistic murals.
