Argentiera : un village minier transformé par des artistes en Sardaigne

Located on the northwestern coast of Sardinia, Argentiera is a former mining village that has been abandoned.

Serving as a true bridge between the land and the sea, this city is enjoying a new lease on life. This is being achieved through an open-air art trail.

This cultural (re)appropriation of heritage and its history draws attention to the concept of reclaiming and repurposing unused and abandoned spaces.

Un village transformé par les artistes italiens Tellas et 2bleene

For this project, Italian artists Tellas and 2bleene created a design featuring shades of beige, evoking the look of ore. They also incorporated blue, evoking the sea. The design includes depictions of plants, maps, and sea foam. The overall effect is distinctly graphic, with a patchwork-style composition.

Un terrain de basket artistique

The opening ceremony brought together the renowned Dinamo Basket Sassari team and local clubs for a 3-on-3 tournament.

This project is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity. It was carried out in collaboration with the LandWorks association.
